Our Technicians provide a comprehensive, quality cartridge replacement and maintenance service for your home or business water filtration or purification system that is timely and convenient. Typically, most carbon cartridges require replacement every 12 months. When you are due for a cartridge replacement and service, our friendly team will give you a courtesy call to organise a service time that is convenient for you. This is just another way that we are working to ensure you continue to enjoy the best quality water possible.
We also proudly provide an ongoing after sales support service from our Burleigh Heads Customer Service Centre to both serviceable and non-serviceable areas across Australia.
