Just wanted to say I am an existing customer of yours, and just wanted to let you know how blown away I am with the counter top filter we have had for 12 months now. I have just received our new filter and I just wanted to let you know that I couldn't believe how disgusting the old filter looked when I took it out to change..... Thank you sooooo much for your product as I would hate to think what myself and my children would be drinking if we didn't have the filter system. When we made the decision to buy the product we were a little concerned as we don't have a lot of money to spare (with 3
kids) but after changing the filter and again seeing how bad it was, I know now it is really worth every penny to know we are drinking healthier water.... especially in Mount Isa. Thank you again.

I am very pleased with the product and service provided. The replacement cartridge was installed today, when I saw the filth on the filter I was amazed. To think I had been drinking the water without this system, no wonder I was continually coughing. Since the system has been installed my cough is gone-so I can say this is an excellent product. I have been having niggling coughs lately and now I know it is because the cartridge was due to be replaced, after all we are told to drink plenty of fresh water.

My name is Kathy, in July 2009 I was contacted by Pure Water Systems and offered the opportunity to purchase my own system. Being a non believer. I decided I had nothing to lose, and went for it. My family and I are delighted at the difference it makes to our drinking water, a glass of water without a metallic taste is. We really enjoy a glass of water now. I have had a Pure Water System for a few weeks now and am very pleased with the convenience of having really nice drinking water on tap, this also gives me more cupboard top space than using filter jugs. I also use this for cooking all our vegetables. I would like to pay thankyou to Quin for all her help getting this organised and keeping in touch with me.

I have found the filters are doing what they are supposed to do. Water tastes good compared to town water . The service is very good and I am pleased with it.
