At Pure Water Systems, we pride ourselves on follow up service. This is critical to long term serviceability of your water purifier. Every year when your filters are due, we'll call you and where practical, we will visit and clean and sterilise your system for you, at no extra charge. For outlying country areas, we will mail your replacement cartridges, with simple instructions. Instructions for replacing filter cartridges and servicing, can be found here on our website.
